It is of an intense red colour and a sparkle of medium intensity, with an aroma of red fruit and sweet strawberry. On the palate, it is round, light and persistent with a slightly dry taste without tannin notes.

A cava that pairs with appetisers and desserts. Combines well with custard cream, semi-cured cheese and chocolate as well.
