Of golden colour, with a creamy aroma that transports us to the taste of pastries and toasted nuts as a result of its lengthy ageing process. It has a dry taste with volume and balance with exceptional acidity which gives it a refreshing sensation. A small and persistent bubble, keeps a moderate sparkle which enhances the flavours of any dish it acompanies.

A cava that pairs with elaborate dishes such as red meat, stewed fish, cured cheese, rice and cold meat.
