We initiate the visit with an explanation of the origins of the state, the cellar and the family Pagès Entrena. We also emphasize the landscape environment and the activities that are developed in the state.
Next, we tour the vineyard, the cellar located in the ancient building and the bottling area with the enologist and technical explanation of the process of fermentation, mixings and elaboration of the cava.
We finish with a pairing of cavas with cheeses, where we will discover the importance of combining the right cava and cheese.
