We initiate the visit with an explanation of the origins of the state, the cellar and the family Pagès Entrena. We also emphasize the landscape environment and the activities that are developed in the state.
Next, tour the vineyard, the cellar located in the ancient building and the bottling area with the enologist and technical explanation of the process of fermentation and elaboration of the cava.
We finish the visit with a taste of a base wine without the second fermentation, a 1 year ageing cava, a 2 years ageing cava, a 4 years ageing cava and finally an oxidized cava, to be able to compare the concepts explainet within the visit. The visit will be guided by our enologist.
