After visiting the vineyards and winery, explaining the process, stories and anecdotes, we propose a game of tasting, creativity and talent.
To produce a high-quality cava, it is necessary to obtain a base wine that, after the second fermentation and aging, gives us the desired cava.
The base wine is the mixture of different monovarietal wines, with the appropriate proportions, from where the cava process begins.
With a test tube and different wine profiles, we suggest that you play, develop your base wine proposal. At the end of the game, we will also test our proposal.
At all times, they will be guided and advised by a family winemaker, Joan or Marc.
